Our Story

It all started with a Teams Chat.

In July 2022, eight women were brought together through a virtual networking event, seeking connection and support in the built environment industry.

From our humble beginnings, ACED has grown into a thriving community where women find camaraderie, mentorship, and the resources needed to thrive in their careers. We want all women to succeed in their professional and personal goals, no matter what they may be!

Our purpose drives us to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a more inclusive and equitable construction community through networking, and education. We want to empower women to excel in their careers, and ascend beyond traditional barriers.
